Service Description
Welcome to our Tween/Teen Mindful Meditation class, a safe and non-judgmental space where no experience is needed. Each session is designed to guide tweens and teens on their personal journey towards mindfulness and meditation. We start each class with a short discussion and set a powerful intention to guide our practice, enhancing mental clarity and focus. The class includes simple breathing exercises to induce calmness, followed by a gratitude practice to foster appreciation and abundance in life. We conclude with a guided meditation aimed at training the mind to focus on the present moment. Supplies Needed: A quiet space to sit or lie down, with optional cushions or pillows for support. Writing material for gratitude notes, which can be stored in a storage container or recorded into a journal (either paper or electronic). Comfortable, loose clothing for light stretching and movement. Optional: candles, diffusers, or other calming elements. Safety Note: Some light stretching is involved; please listen to your body and avoid overextending. Credentials: Valid Blue Card. Certified in yoga teaching, life coaching, and meditation guidance. This class aims to replace stress and anxiety with a sense of calm and positivity, offering numerous benefits for mental well-being.
