Service Description

Spring Hill Common. Meeting up location: Near the terrace seating area. No prior experience needed. Embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace with our yoga program, specially designed for teens and tweens. This practice is not just an exercise; it's a holistic approach to unify mind, body, and spirit, helping your young ones be fully present in each moment. Our sessions are tailored to reduce stress and anxiety, foster emotional resilience, boost self-confidence, and cultivate a deep sense of belonging. Participants will learn essential yoga techniques that can be integrated into daily or weekly routines, providing them with tools to navigate the complexities of adolescence. Through a variety of poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices, your teen will discover the transformative power of yoga, gaining skills that will support their well-being and personal growth. This is a Chillout event suitable for young people 10 - 17 years What to bring: Bring a yoga mat, water for hydration, sunscreen and insect repellent if desired. Session: Wednesday, September 18, 2024 - 2pm-3pm Wednesday, January 08, 2025 - 2pm-3pm Wednesday, April 09, 2025 - 2pm-3pm
