Service Description
NDIS Goals Alignment: This meditation class aligns with NDIS goals to improve emotional regulation, emotional resilience, and community access. Booking and Billing: Please contact me prior to booking to discuss your NDIS billing requirements. Billing will be via invoice after class. Class Overview: This class offers pranayama breathing work, gratitude practice, and guided meditation to help your teen manage stress and anxiety, aligning with their NDIS goals. Supplies Needed: * Quiet place to sit or lie down * Cushion or pillows for support * Pen/pencil and note papers or a journal for recording gratitude (can be adapted to suit the participant's needs) * Water bottle Class Structure: We start with a short discussion and set an intention, followed by pranayama breathing exercises, adaptive gratitude practice, and conclude with a guided meditation.
