Service Description
NDIS Goals Alignment: This class is designed to help your teen reach their NDIS goals, such as improving emotional regulation, emotional resilience, and community access. Booking and Billing: Please contact me prior to booking to discuss your NDIS billing requirements. Billing will be via invoice after class. Class Overview: I empower tweens/teens who feel anxious and isolated to break through their fears, fostering self-confidence and a sense of belonging. This class introduces key tools for reducing self-doubt and anxiety through slow, mindful yoga, including adaptive yoga poses tailored to individual needs. Supplies Needed: * Yoga mat or towel * Water bottle * Bare feet are preferred for grip; socks are okay on non-slippery surfaces Optional: Yoga block or stack of books wrapped in a towel, yoga strap or belt Class Structure: We begin with setting an intention, followed by a warm-up, slow mindful practice with reflective pauses, and conclude with a guided meditation (savasana).
