Service Description
Parenting and caregiving can be overwhelming. Take a breather and be the best version of yourself with this class. This is a safe space to explore meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness. No judgments, no experience needed. I'm here to guide you on your personal journey toward mental clarity and calm. Each session includes breathing exercises, gratitude practices, and guided meditations. We start with a short discussion and set an intention for our practice. Intentions are powerful tools for focus and mental clarity. Next, we engage in simple breathing techniques to bring your body into a state of relaxation. We'll also practice gratitude, a key to abundance and self-appreciation. For this, you'll need: * Pen/pencil * Small note papers or a large sheet to cut up * A storage container for your gratitude notes Alternatively, you can record your notes in a journal (paper or electronic) We conclude with a guided meditation to train your mind to focus on the present moment, such as your breath. Supplies Needed: * Quiet place to sit (chair or floor with cushion/pillows) * Optional: candles, diffuser, or other calming elements * Writing material for gratitude notes * Water and loose, comfortable clothing Note: We'll do some light movement; please listen to your body to avoid over-extension.
