In Person

Online Classes Option

Online live classes via Zoom allow you to join from anywhere. A great option if you can't travel to a class, or just like to practice from the privacy of your own home.

  • Short classes so you can get back to your routine more focused and relaxed.

  • No need to rush around or find a parking spot.

  • Take a moment to reconnect with your authentic self

  • Easy to connect from anywhere that has an internet connection.

  • Interaction on your terms - you can mute or even have the camera off if you desire.

  • Slow and mindful classes without getting hot or sweaty.

  • No need for any fancy workout wear, just comfortable clothing that allows for movement.

Outdoors Yoga Class

In Person Option

In-person in the tranquility of a local park with the added bonus of getting into the fresh air and nature to improve your confidence, self-esteem, and focus. You are welcome to bring your tween/teen.

Benefits

  • Short classes so you can get back to your routine more focused and relaxed.

  • In-person session doesn't require any technology/internet connectivity or know-how.

  • Slow and mindful classes without getting hot or sweaty.

  • No need for any fancy workout wear, just comfortable clothing that allows for movement. 

  • Lovely local park setting gives the bonus of fresh air and tranquility 

A limited number of clean and sanitized mats are available, but for health and safety, we recommend bringing your own.
